This is a small sample of Paige's temper tantrums we've been dealing with around here. This particular one was set off because she didn't want to share her birthday cake with her brother - she immediately started screaming, followed by yelling and crying in a matter seconds! She had been warned earlier in the day that if she continued to have outbursts she would not be going to gymnastics tonight... as you can tell, that did NOT make her happy at all!
If anyone has tips on how to get these tantrums under control - have at it! Believe me... we're burnt out!

wow, i love how you stayed calm the whole time. i think you are doing great and not letting her win. i think i'll struggle with staying calm and not yelling.
I would definitely be having a tantrum too...LOL! I don't have any patience for those meltdowns. Luckily, Olivia never had one. She must have known how I would react...LOL!
