Yep... that's what the news is calling it... a "Winter Blast"!!
Schools were canceled by 9pm last night because the weather was getting so bad! Mike and I were out and traffic was a mess... sometimes down to 10mph, at one point we really were wishing we would have stayed home. We finally made it safely to the mall after dinner where multiple stores were closed with signs on the gates saying "closed due to inclement weather conditions"!
What was that? You were asking how much we actually got? Well... it's hard to say... my guess would be half an inch give or take an eighth. Big stuff I tell ya! It did leave the trees in our woods and front yard absolutely beautiful! Too bad it all melted by 9am today...
One of these days maybe we'll see some REAL snow!

it sure is beautiful. maybe you guys will get a good snow before winter passes. seems highly possible -especially since it's very cold for us floridians right now (a whopping 25 last night. brrr!) :)
