We learned last year that fighting the traffic to get to Lewisville Square for fireworks was just plain crazy... so we found our own spot in a field up the road to watch the fireworks and let Chase and Paige play.
After the fireworks were over we walked back to our house and enjoyed the $10 fireworks we bought from Kmart more than we did the Lewisville fireworks anyhow. Mike had me a bit worried... beer plus fireworks just seemed like a recipe for disaster... but it turned out ok!
